Sometimes you want something different than a standard ol’ chocolate chip cookie. Perfect for warm weather, these cookies are bursting with blueberries, have a slight lemon taste, and can be made with or without a glaze.

S’mores Cupcakes
Makes 24 cupcakes | 1 hour, 30 minutes
Gooey. Chocolatey. Summery.

These cupcakes are a perfect way to end the perfect summer day. Made with chocolate, marshmallow fluff, and graham crackers, if you can’t make s’mores the old fashioned way, these are an excellent alternative.
